Lawrence A. Peshkin and E.J. Kotalik, Jr. are former directors (partners) of Fennemore Craig, the oldest and one of the largest law firms in Arizona. At Fennemore Craig, Mr. Peshkin and Mr. Kotalik supervised most of the firm’s insurance related litigation. They formed Peshkin & Kotalik in January of 1993 to continue representing their insurance clients at more economical hourly rates. Thomas R. Nadzieja, formerly associated with the law firm of Combs, Mack & Lind, joined Peshkin & Kotalik in August of 1999 and became a director of the firm in 2005. Since its inception, Peshkin & Kotalik has been recognized by Martindale Hubbell as an AV®-rated law firm, establishing it as one of the best law firms in terms of legal ability and ethics. U.S. News & World Report also has included Peshkin & Kotalik in its list of the “Best Law Firms” for 2011 and 2012. Peshkin & Kotalik is currently celebrating its 20th year of service to its clients in Arizona.
